For accounts closed at the member's own request with no violations, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days after all security checks are completed.
The WAR138 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, fitness for a particular purpose, or the absence of technical errors. WAR138 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, connection delays, or third-party provider errors.
Important: Wagering involves real financial risk. You may lose the money you wager. Only bet amounts you can afford to lose. WAR138 is not responsible for any financial hardship or problems arising from your wagering activity.
Under no circumstances shall WAR138's total liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. This liability cap does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or intentional fraud by WAR138.
